Change Management Back
Description
70% of change initiated work does not achieve the set goals. The main reasons for this are rarely technical problems or a lack of resources. What is missing, more commonly, is an active and visible leadership. This course in change management gives you insight, tools and methods for the practical operation and success of your organisation's change management.
Changes in activities, projects and organisations are an integral part of work life. Technical and economic developments, combined with accelerating business environment needs, place great demands on the adaptation in thinking behind leadership. New processes and reactions are inevitably part of the change process, and it is important to be aware of the traps to avoid and goals to achieve. To push through a change process and work with effective change management requires anchoring, preparation, and insight.
For two days this course focuses on providing you with practical tools to drive change and guide you and your employees through the process. We look closely at the conditions, visions and individual reactions of change. We look at recognised models and tools for change and see how you can make use of them in practice. You also learn to apply the key success factors in your leadership.
Some time before the course, you will be asked to make a self-assessment analysis as the basis for discussion and exercises during the course. The analysis also serves as an important tool to have in the change process after the training. The analysis gives you a proven and clear picture of your strongest qualities in change management and development areas. After the course, you will also participate in an extra half-day course with a choice of when you take it and what you focus on.
