Over the two days of the course we focus on providing a great start to quickly developing a winning style of leadership. The course touches on three main areas which are important for those who are new to management; to lead yourself, to lead others and to manage the business.
This leadership program is practically oriented and you will given the chance to be proactive in exercises, follow-up and discussion. The course is founded on established leadership theory and is most suitable for those new to management.
Before attending the Leadership - New Manager course all delegates must undergo a self-assessment analysis to be used as the basis for discussion and exercises during the course. The analysis will also prove an important tool for you to have for any further management training. The analysis gives you a proven and clear picture of your strong qualities as a leader and indicates areas which may need development. After the training, you will also participate in an extra half day course with a choice of when you take it and what you study.
