Leadership 2 - Coaching Leadership Back
Description
Coaching gives both you and your employees good conditions for creating development and good results. A coaching approach helps you to strengthen through individual and team development, and lay a good foundation for positive change. The course in Coaching Leadership provides tools and training to help develop other people and encourage them to reach their goals.
Coaching has become an important concept for all sorts of leaders. The use of a coaching approach provides clear and effective communication between managers, colleagues and employees. As a leader, it helps you to free up your time and energy and you will find it easier to achieve objectives without micromanaging. With coaching, you also bring out more of the key skills and creativity in the organisation.
During the course in Coaching Leadership we run through a series of practical tools for successful leadership. We observe and put into practice ways in which you can support your employees and your organisation in order to reach new goals. Through exercises, examples and discussion you will be trained to become a focused and inspiring leader.
The course in coaching is practically oriented and you will be active in exercises, follow-up and discussion.
Some time prior to attending the Coaching Leadership training you will be asked to undertake a self-assessment analysis as the basis for discussion and exercises during the course. The analysis also serves as an important tool for you to have after the training. The analysis gives you a proven and clear picture of your strongest qualities in coaching and development areas. After the course in Coaching Leadership delegates must also participate in an extra half-day course with a choice of when you take it and what you focus on.
