This two-days training intends to cover the most robust and emerging models as well as best practices when it comes to build a read-across justification for regulatory purposes. It is co-organised by CAAT-Academy and ecopa/ssct as a satellite event of the conference. Participants will learn how to integrate data and run them under CEFIC-LRI AMBITtool (Nina Jeliazkova, IdeaConsult), ToxRead (Emilio Benfennati, Mario Negri), Toxtrack, (Costanza Rovida, EU-Toxrisk21, CAAT-Europe), and REACH-Across (Anne Bonhoff, UL). Last but not least participants will be walked through into a case-study specific endpoint (tba) as well as the integration of read-across dataset under IUCLID 6 (Monica Locatelli, REACH Mastery).
